Jo is a visionary with the ability to make happen what she sees!  She has a wonderful team of people around her to help her achieve what many would think impossible, but with Jo's strong belief in people, knows IS possible, if communicated the right way.

Jo's strengths pastorally come from being a mother of three children (aged 18, 16 and 8) and having taught hundreds of very different kinds of learners in Australia & the UK, backed by her faith that God has created everyone wonderfully and uniquely, and each one deserves the chance to shine.
